Jason and Gorjana Reidel, a husband and wife team from Laguna Beach, founded the Gorjana
jewelry brand on their
apartment floor in 2004. They travelled 50,000 miles to sell and market their collection at
trade shows.
The eponymous collection is made to be mixed, matched, and layered, allowing the wearer to
personalize each piece.
Having a system that could keep all of our remote workers connected and aligned, not only internally, but also globally with our manufacturers, was incredible.
To scale the firm more efficiently, Gorjana needed a better approach to manage its product development and production process.
Starting with a variety of designs, the product development team would go through multiple rounds of sampling and modifications before moving forward with production - all of this was managed in excel spreadsheets scattered over the office, which was time-consuming and prone to error.
WFX helped gorjana evolve from a wholesale-only brand into a D2C ecommerce and retail powerhouse.
The product development cycle is now faster and more efficient, thanks to centralized product/material data and PLM features.
Gorjana’s vendors are fully onboarded onto WFX—supporting sample tracking, approvals, and quote sharing on one platform.
During COVID-19, WFX ensured business continuity by enabling remote collaboration across in-house and overseas teams.
The WFX–NetSuite Connector automated SKU creation and eliminated duplicate data entries.
Real-time access to centralized data allows gorjana to scale operations strategically and manage assortments by channel.
